Business equipment leasing
A lease lets your business use the complete air conditioning installation in return for regular rentals, rather than paying the full project cost upfront.
Fixed rental options
Where offered by the lender, rentals can be fixed for the length of the agreement so you know exactly what you'll pay each month.
Subject to status and approval
All leasing is subject to status, eligibility checks and formal credit approval by the leasing provider. Figures on this site are indicative only.
Available leasing terms
Terms of 3 or 5 years are available, for projects from £2,500 to £250,000.
Eligibility requirements
Leasing is subject to credit and available to non-regulated UK businesses only. It is not suitable for businesses trading under 3 years — please contact us directly for a quote.
VAT treatment
Rentals are quoted excluding VAT. VAT is normally charged on each rental at the prevailing rate. Please speak to your accountant about how this applies to your business.
Early settlement
Early settlement may be possible during the agreement. The settlement figure will be set out by the leasing provider on request.
End-of-agreement options
Options at the end of the primary term vary by lender and may include continuing to rent, or other arrangements. These will be explained in your quotation.
